SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship within India only. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at info.tygertough@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your item.
In accordance with our hygiene standards, all returned items will undergo a quality check by our team before approval for exchange.
Please note that we reserve the right to decline a return if:

The product is damaged.
Once an exchange is confirmed, the customer must ship the item back to us and provide the tracking ID via email to info.tygertough@gmail.com in the same email thread.
We will process the exchange within 7-10 business days upon receiving the returned item.
If you have received a defective product, please share images at info.tygertough@gmail.com, and we will respond within 24 hours.
Exchanges can be made for the same product in a different size only once. Exchanges are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee the requested size will be in stock. If the size you need is unavailable, we will issue a store credit valid for one month from the date of issue.
